2 Week Programme

For every registered student, SAA ITALY s.r.l. should receive a registration form and a photocopy of the passport. The parents of the students under 18 years old shall sign a parental authorization and a release of responsibility. The Registration form and the photocopy of the passport should arrive at SAA ITALY s.r.l. at at least 90 days before the Course starting date. The payment has to be done by bank transfer, to the following account:

If the payment is made with Bank transfer we kindly ask clients to specify the Name of the Client, ( if the client is a minor, the parents need to specify the name of their son/daughter on the payment) the program and the period chosen.
The 30% of the total amount should be paid not later than 90 days before the Course starting date.
The total amount should be paid not later than 30 days before the Course starting date.
The Agent/Student shall be responsible for paying any bank or other charges imposed by the bank.
Therefore, the cost of the transaction must be added to the amount of the deposit. In case of a payment received with
deduction due to any bank charges, the Campus shall recognize only the amount received.
To avoid illegal immigration, according to the Italian laws, this is the official procedure to follow:
– Client’s deposit payment of 30% of the total amount
– SAA ITALY s.r.l. delivers an invitation letter and the invoice
– SAA ITALY s.r.l.delivers the hotel booking confirmation document and, for minor students, the parental authorization to be signed.
– Client’s total amount payment, at least 30 days before the Course starting date.

Students cancellation refund policy:
For VISA refusal the 90% will be refunded (10% held to cover the reservation expenses and bank commissions)
For PERSONAL REASONS:
– If the cancellation is communicated at least 60 days before the arrival date: the 50% will be refunded
– If the cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before the arrival date: the 30% will be refunded
– If the cancellation is communicated less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be granted.

SAA ITALY s.r.l.organizes free transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport on the Sunday before the first and the third week of the courses.
Extra transfers from Rome Fiumicino Airport or Rome City Centre may be organized by SAA ITALY s.r.l. for an extra price to calculate with our staff.
Students also can reach the Campus by public transportation:
– By public Bus: prices are to check and confirm by the official transport service website
– By Train: prices are to be checked and confirmed by the official transport service website. Please check the exact dates and conditions of the transfers with our staff.

The students are responsible for any damage caused (to the Campus or to the Hotels, buses, etc.). For this reason, SAA ITALY s.r.l. asks for a security deposit of 100 € per person (to be paid by cash at the check in), which will be refunded at the end of the stay, if no damage was caused by the student.
The students must seek information from their local authorities to know if they will be insured during their stay abroad.

Programs can be of 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Students can choose to study ITALIAN or ENGLISH.
Every course starts on Monday and finishes on Friday. No activities planned on the Sunday before or on the Saturday after the end of the course are included in the price. Please check the exact activities included in the price with our staff.

Accommodation is available starting on the Sunday before the start of the course until the Saturday morning following the end of the course.
The accommodation in the Campus is in shared rooms of 3 or 4 beds with a private bathroom, and it includes breakfast.
It is possible to include lunch and dinner in the Campus accommodation from Monday to Friday at an extra cost . The restaurant is located in the same building of the Hotel.

Lunch and dinner are not included in the weekends and during the excursions and tours.
There is a restaurant in the hotel. In the neighborhoods of the Hotel, there is a Supermarket and restaurant or street food available.
Single rooms are available at an extra cost: +50 € per night per person in the Campus accommodation, +50 € during the weekends.
