Orientation Walking Tour
The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency.
Welcome Dinner
The group will be taken for an authentic dinner with a wide variety of menu options to cater all diets.

Meeting with Lucha y Siesta 
an organization in Rome that provides support to women in need, offering shelter, legal assistance, and psychological support. A meeting with them could include a visit to their refuge and an introduction to their educational and social projects for women’s empowerment.

inside the Sapienza Università di Roma preserves a richcollection of objects that allow us to reconstruct the evolution of medical knowledge and practices from prehistory to the genomic revolution.

Meeting with a Nutritionist and Introduction to the Mediterranean Diet and cooking class 
A visit to the local market allows you to discover fresh Mediterranean ingredients and learn how to select quality products. This is followed by a cooking class where typical dishes are prepared using these ingredients, along with an introduction to the Mediterranean diet, known for its health benefits and balance of flavors and nutrition.

Visit to a Oil Mill and Oil tasting
To learn about the olive oil production process, a visit to an oil mill (seasonally active during the harvest) offers the opportunity to see the stages of harvesting, pressing, and extraction. Visitors can observe traditional and modern techniques and often participate in a guided tasting to appreciate the different characteristics of extra virgin olive oils.

Visit to the University of Medicine in Milan provides an insight into the Italian educational and healthcare system. The experience begins with a tour of the university's classrooms, laboratories, and clinical facilities, followed by an introduction to the National Health Service (SSN) and how it operates. The visit continues with an explanation of how medicine is studied in Italy, detailing the admission process, the study path between theory and clinical practice, hospital internships, and the opportunities for specialization and medical careers.
